At this point you should know what to expect from a Quality Inn. You’re not paying for luxury. I was in town for a few days for a conference and this suited my needs very well. The staff were all very friendly and competent. Moe, especially, went above and beyond to help me figure out the bus system here. The location is very close to a bunch of restaurants and a quick walk from other downtown attractions. Very easy access to the beautiful Riverwalk, which I traversed several times. Even if rather small, especially for a big dude like me, the room suited my needs pretty well. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. I do wish the bed was bigger, but the room had a desk and working WiFi. Breakfast was ok. But like I said, you know what you’re getting.
Our concierge Anthony was very friendly and welcoming. We are from out of town and he was kind enough to inform us of local entertainment and accommodations. A very warming welcome and impeccable customer service. Very refreshing and it is greatly appreciated.

Even while dealing with a difficult customer before us, she stayed kind, professional, and genuinely upbeat. Her positive attitude and proactive approach made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. I had an amazing stay at the Quality Inn Downtown Jefferson! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. It really is possible for one person to change the world!! I’m at the Quality Inn, in Detroit, Michigan. I am touched by the charity I was just shown downstairs. The front desk attendant, Kia, applied a generous discount towards my bill (it gets better)…AND she gave me a bag of clothing that she was planning to donate to Good Will. I feel like a princess….. She built up MAD Karma points today, wouldn’t you agree?!
